What You'll Bring to the Table:

  • Analytical Skills: You can analyse business processes and identify areas for improvement, including data analysis and process modelling.
  • Great Communicator: You have strong verbal and written communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders and gather requirements.
  • Tech Savvy: You're familiar with the ServiceNow platform and its capabilities. Knowledge of scripting languages like JavaScript is a plus.
  • Problem Solver: You can troubleshoot issues and develop effective solutions to meet business needs.
  • Project Management: You have skills in managing projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Collaborative: You work closely with IT teams, stakeholders, and other departments to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.

What You'll Do:

  • Gather Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and gather detailed requirements for ServiceNow implementations.
  • Design & Optimise Processes: Design and optimise workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Configure Systems: Configure ServiceNow applications to align with business needs and ensure seamless integration with other systems.
  • Document Everything: Create and maintain documentation, including process flows, user guides, and technical specifications.
  • Test & Validate: Conduct testing to ensure that ServiceNow solutions meet business requirements and are free of defects.
  • Train & Support Users: Provide training and support to end-users to ensure they can effectively use the ServiceNow platform.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement within the ServiceNow environment.

Your Experience:

  • Hands-On ServiceNow Experience: Practical experience working with the ServiceNow platform, including configuration, customisation, and administration.
  • Requirements Gathering: Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements.
  • Process Design & Optimisation: Experience in designing and optimising business processes.
  • Project Management: Experience in managing IT projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • User Support & Training: Experience in providing user support and training.

Certifications That Impress:

  • Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • Certified Application Developer (CAD)
  • Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
  • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
  • PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA)
  • ITIL Foundation
