We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Salesforce Administrator to join a dynamic Revenue Operations team within a leading Media & Publishing organisation based in London’s vibrant City & West End. As a vital part of the team, you will be responsible for optimising and refining the organisation’s CRM architecture across Salesforce, Pardot, Planhat, and Gong to ensure a seamless user experience and robust data integrity. Your work will involve configuring and maintaining CRM solutions, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, and driving strategic enhancements that support the organisation’s goals. The role requires a proactive approach to system stability, data quality, user adoption, and security management, all while fostering a collaborative environment and promoting best practices across the business.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator.
- Experience configuring and customising Salesforce, including Reports and Dashboards.
- Interest in GTM system automation, such as Salesforce flows and low-code tools.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholder requests and prioritise effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with leadership and various teams.
- Curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience with Pardot, Planhat, Gong, or data visualisation tools like PowerBI (preferred).
- Experience working within a start-up or scale-up environment (desirable).
