We are seeking a skilled Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) Implementation Consultant to join our talent pool, capable of leading and supporting the deployment of Oracle's Talent Acquisition solution on a remote, UK-wide basis. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in designing and implementing ORC within enterprise environments, collaborating closely with HR, IT, and business teams to ensure seamless configuration, integration, and adoption. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live support. Your expertise will also extend to integrating ORC modules with Oracle HCM and third-party systems, delivering user training, and providing post-implementation troubleshooting. Staying current with Oracle Cloud updates and industry best practices will be essential to your success in this role.
