What You'll Bring to the Table:
- Advanced Solution Design & Architecture: You design scalable and robust automation solutions, develop detailed architecture diagrams, and ensure solutions align with business requirements and technical standards.
- Technical Expertise: You have deep knowledge of UiPath tools, including Studio, Orchestrator, and Robots. You're proficient in integrating UiPath with other systems and technologies, and you understand advanced features such as governance, logging, and error handling.
- Project Management & Leadership: You lead automation projects from conception to deployment, coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery, and manage timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
- Problem-Solving & Innovation: You identify and troubleshoot complex issues in automation workflows, implement innovative solutions to enhance automation efficiency and effectiveness, and continuously improve and optimise existing automation processes.
- Collaboration & Communication: You work closely with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders, communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and provide training and support to team members on UiPath best practices.
- Continuous Learning & Adaptation: You stay updated with the latest advancements in RPA and UiPath technologies, adapt to new tools, methodologies, and industry trends, and participate in professional development and certification programs.
What You'll Do:
- Analyse & Design: Assess business processes and design automation solutions that meet organisational needs.
- Develop & Implement: Create and deploy automation workflows using UiPath tools.
- Monitor & Optimise: Continuously monitor automation performance and make necessary adjustments.
- Document & Train: Document solutions and provide training to ensure smooth adoption and operation.
- Collaborate & Lead: Lead project teams and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure successful automation initiatives.
Your Experience:
- Architecture & Technology Stack: Extensive knowledge of the architecture and technology stack of automation solutions.
- UiPath Platform Components: Deep understanding of UiPath products, including Studio, Orchestrator, Robots, AI Centre, and Document Understanding.
- Integration: Proficiency in integrating UiPath with various enterprise systems and applications.
- Cloud & On-Premises Deployments: Experience with both cloud and on-premises deployments of UiPath solutions.
- Solution Design & Development: Ability to design scalable and robust automation solutions that meet business requirements, and hands-on experience in developing complex automation workflows using UiPath Studio.
- Best Practices: Knowledge of best practices for automation development, including error handling, logging, and performance optimisation.
- Project Planning & Execution: Skills in planning, executing, and managing automation projects from inception to deployment.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Documentation: Proficiency in creating and maintaining project documentation, such as Process Definition Documents (PDDs) and Solution Design Documents (SDDs).
- Process Analysis: Expertise in analysing business processes to identify automation opportunities and optimise workflows.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues in automation projects.
- Root Cause Analysis: Ability to perform root cause analysis to identify and address underlying issues in automation solutions.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring that automation solutions comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Security Best Practices: Implementing security best practices to protect data and ensure the integrity of automation processes.
- Effective Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, articulating the benefits and implications of automation solutions.
- Team Collaboration: Skills in collaborating with other developers, business analysts, and IT teams to deliver successful automation projects.
