Key Responsibilities:
- Integrate existing ServiceNow instances with the systems of business customers.
- Support both ServiceNow and non-ServiceNow integrations.
- Manage technical programs such as lifecycle device management, demonstrating project management skills and technical conversation aptitude.
Key Qualifications and Skills:
- Significant experience with ServiceNow (ideally 7+ years)
- Experience integrating external customer systems such as Salesforce, Zendesk, and Freshdesk.
- Technical aptitude for project management and engagement in technical discussions.
Ideal Level of Experience:
- Strong background in technical program management.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow integrations.
