- Proven experience as a Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant, with a strong understanding of Service Cloud functionalities and integrations
- Hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and troubleshooting Service Cloud solutions
- Ability to engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions
- Excellent communication skills, with a professional and approachable manner
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment
- Relevant Salesforce certifications preferred
